[ProAudio] DVD/CD duplicators that read DDP file sets

Yup, sounds like our MicroTech systems… fully automated with copy/thermal print, but we’d typically hit almost 10k units per month. Now our inventory is handled by a replicator, but we still need local masters for multiple short-runs less than 25 copies per.

Again, I’m just trying to get wway from burning plastic since we send DDPs to the replicator.

Thanks again for all the replies.

Eric

Also had a 4 and 8 drive mechanical monstrosity thats auto loaded disks, and printed label. The labeler on one was inkjet (always our of ink) and a thermal monochrome printer that used a roll of something to print. Both printers were a pita though. Ended up using peal and stick label sheets. The label went through the labels by the ton, they'd send out over 250 cdrs per week. Long before using mp3's became more common for delivery to radio.

I think I’d rather find out what kind of image they’re ripping to and see if HOFA (DDP software we’re using) can find a way to export the DDP to that image.
