<div dir="auto" class="">I wouldn't be surprised if it's a funky proprietary rip format. I recall using Disk Juggler years ago, that would drive multiple drives so you could essentially build your own. Also had a 4 and 8 drive mechanical monstrosity thats auto loaded disks, and printed label. The labeler on one was inkjet (always our of ink) and a thermal monochrome printer that used a roll of something to print. Both printers were a pita though. Ended up using peal and stick label sheets. The label went through the labels by the ton, they'd send out over 250 cdrs per week. Long before using mp3's became more common for delivery to radio. </div><div dir="auto" class=""><br class=""></div><div dir="auto" class="">Glenn Meadows </div><div dir="auto" class=""><br class=""></div>

Thanks, Glenn. I’ll see what MicroTech is doing, just hope it’s not proprietary. <br class=""><br class=""><div dir="ltr" class=""><div class="">___________________________</div><div class="">Eric Seaberg * San Diego</div><div class=""> <a href="mailto:Eric@Seaberg.com" class="">Eric@Seaberg.com</a></div></div><div dir="ltr" class=""><br class=""><blockquote type="cite" class="">On Jan 31, 2021, at 10:41 AM, Glenn Meadows <<a href="mailto:gmeadow@comcast.net" class="">gmeadow@comcast.net</a>> wrote:<br class=""><br class=""></blockquote></div><blockquote type="cite" class=""><div dir="ltr" class="">

It is a little more than “one-offs”. Our current duping systems are MicroTech and they’ve been trying to find a way to read DDPs but have yet to do so. I think I’d rather find out what kind of image they’re ripping to and see if HOFA (DDP software we’re using) can find a way to export the DDP to that image. <div class=""><br class=""></div><div class="">Thanks again for the replies. <br class=""><br class=""><div dir="ltr" class=""><div class="">___________________________</div><div class="">Eric Seaberg * San Diego</div><div class=""> <a href="mailto:Eric@Seaberg.com" class="">Eric@Seaberg.com</a></div></div><div dir="ltr" class=""><br class=""><blockquote type="cite" class="">On Jan 31, 2021, at 8:48 AM, Louis Judson <<a href="mailto:loujudson@mac.com" class="">loujudson@mac.com</a>> wrote:<br class=""><br class=""></blockquote></div><blockquote type="cite" class=""><div dir="ltr" class="">It seems to me that if you are doing one-offs, you could just burn them directly from the DDP and skip the intermediate “master” - why bother with the extra step?<br class=""><div class="">
