[ProAudio] Can''t Burn CUE/BIN or ISO Files to CD

I downloaded from Pioneer website, but got error message "cannot find 
driver" when I ran Install.exe  So I'm using what Windows installed.

Don't know. First tried Reaper, then ImgBurn, then Nero. None of them 
can access the drive to burn an image or CUE/BIN.
