This story was discussed here extensively long ago.  I will not go into all
the legal details.

Cramolin is oleic acid and a vehicle.  It can be purchased in Europe.

DeOxit from Caig Labs is oleic acid and (different) vehicle.  It can be
purchased in the US.

At one point Caig was reselling Cramolin but now they are selling their own
product which is sufficiently similar as to not be a worry.  How it got to
that point depends on who you talk to.
