The mere existence of multiple ultrasonic frequencies, acoustically
at any rate, does not mean that frequencies in the audible range
are produced. In fact, without some non-linearity somewhere,
you're guaranteed that multiple ultrasonic frequencies WILL NOT
result in producing frequencies in the audible range.

Whatever the real story, in this case, might be, there's much
more to it than related here.
