I do not filter my mail.  Some messages get a flag added to the subject
line to indicate possible spam, but all messages go to my inbox.

Some recent setting change is also causing the body of the email to be
delivered as an attachment.  I typically see that with HTML emails, but
these attachments appear to be plain text.
